Evolve, a Managed Network Solutions and IT Services provider, announced the launch of its latest product, Evolve Vision. This innovative platform is designed to provide businesses with unparalleled visibility of all their third-party suppliers through a single, user-friendly portal, enhancing the detection and resolution of connection issues before they impact business operations.
Vision’s dashboard is meticulously crafted for ease of use, allowing customers to monitor the status of both on-site and off-site suppliers—including payment solutions, gift cards, and ePOS systems—continuously. Updated every 30 seconds, the platform ensures that any issues are quickly identified and addressed, often before they are noticed by customers, suppliers, or end-users.
Alan Stephenson-Brown, CEO at Evolve Business Group, emphasized the unique capabilities of Vision, stating, “While traditional managed service providers (MSP) will use different third-party solutions that they resell, we have created our own Host and LAN monitoring solution in-house. The Vision platform essentially gives users ‘x-ray’ vision of their entire network.” He added, “Through Vision, the Evolve team can diagnose which stage of the journey is at fault and get the relevant support teams working on it immediately."
The platform not only minimizes downtime, which can be costly and time-consuming for businesses, but also enhances the safety and security of staff with connected devices such as CCTV cameras. “And because it’s all created in-house, we can design bespoke solutions and dashboards for customers in our specialized sectors where other MSPs can’t,” said Stephenson-Brown.
Vision is highly customizable to meet the specific needs of each customer, including the ability to set outage thresholds that trigger automatic alerts if a certain percentage of devices go offline. The platform also provides an overview of host monitoring, keeping a vigilant eye on any issues within the network between data centers and third-party applications.
This new offering builds on Evolve’s current capabilities, enabled by their SD-WAN Mako Networks-powered device. It is especially significant for the fuel forecourt industry, one of Evolve’s key sectors, especially with upcoming fuel margin legislation that will require accurate reporting of charges to customers at fuel stations. Vision ensures the uptime of POS and tank monitoring systems critical for accurate data transmission.
Jason Kubasak, CEO of Mako Networks, also commented on the partnership, “The launch of Evolve’s host monitoring platform, Vision, marks the next phase of our partnership and provides businesses with unrivalled visibility of their third-party suppliers. We’re proud that Mako’s feature-rich, security-centric devices are powering this evolution in Managed Network Solutions and we look forward to seeing how our partnership continues to grow and provide increased loyalty, streamlined operations, and revenue for customers.”
