He brings years of experience as an investor, advisor, and board member, and previously held key executive positions at Symantec, including the acquisition of his firm, Appthority, in 2018.

Guerra's experience in the industry includes leading the integration efforts of Appthority's team, technology, and customers into Symantec's Modern OS Security business unit. He also led the go-to-market strategy for the entire Symantec Endpoint security portfolio at Broadcom, where he held key leadership positions following the Symantec acquisition.
Guerra is a board member at Kryptos, an AI software development company that focuses on data loss probability and policy generation. He is also an early investor in Hackmetrix, which helps tech companies in Latin America improve their security posture and obtain certifications like ISO27001 while complying with industry regulations like PCI. Additionally, Guerra serves as an advisor to SafeRoom, an enterprise messaging platform that combines end-to-end encryption, data control, and ease of use.
